40In paragraph 11(1)(c) of Schedule 1 to the Defamation Act 1996 (qualified privilege: accurate reports of proceedings of inquiries etc.), after “Scottish Executive” insert “, the Welsh Ministers or the Counsel General to the Welsh Assembly Government”.
