Until the coming into force of section 27(1) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (c. 26) this Act has effect subject to the following modifications.

In section 81(3), omit “, the Advocate General for Northern Ireland”.

In section 153(5)(c) and paragraphs 23(1) and (2), 24(1) and 29(2)(c) of Schedule 9, for “Advocate General” substitute “Attorney General”.
