116Welsh Seal [F1: Letters Patent and proclamations] U.K.

(1)There is to be a Welsh Seal.

(2)The First Minister is to be the Keeper of the Welsh Seal.

(3)Her Majesty may by Order in Council make provision as to—

(a)the form and manner of preparation, and

(b)the publication,

of Letters Patent signed with Her Majesty's own hand signifying Her Assent to a Bill passed by the Assembly [F2and all royal proclamations under section 4(2) and section 5(4), which have passed under the Welsh Seal].

(4)A statutory instrument containing an Order in Council under subsection (3) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Assembly.
