950Panel's duty of co-operationU.K.

(1)The Panel must take such steps as it considers appropriate to co-operate with—

[F1(a)the Financial Conduct Authority;

(aa)the Prudential Regulation Authority;

(ab)the Bank of England;]

(c)any other person or body that exercises functions of a public nature, under legislation in any country or territory outside the United Kingdom, that appear to the Panel to be similar to its own functions or those of the [F3Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority or similar to the regulatory functions of the Bank of England].

(2)Co-operation may include the sharing of information that the Panel is not prevented from disclosing.
