[F1853KConfirmation statements: power to make further provision by regulationsU.K.

(1)The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision as to the duties to deliver information to the registrar to which a confirmation statement is to relate.

(2)The regulations may—

(a)amend or repeal the provisions of sections 853A to [F2853H] , and

(b)provide for exceptions from the requirements of those sections as they have effect from time to time.

(3)Regulations under this section which provide that a confirmation statement must relate to a duty to deliver information not for the time being mentioned in [F3section 853A(1)(b)] are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.

(4)Any other regulations under this section are subject to negative resolution procedure.]
