24In section 2 of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951 (general restrictions on execution and other remedies), in subsection (2)(a) after “the levying of distress;” insert—
“using the procedure in Schedule 12 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (taking control of goods);”.
