7.The Act contains 4 sections and 2 schedules.
8.Section 1 introduces a new Part 4A into the FLA and provides for protection against a forced marriage in England and Wales.
9.Section 2 introduces Schedule 1, which provides for similar protection against a forced marriage in Northern Ireland.
10.Section 3 concerns consequential amendments and introduces Schedule 2.
11.Section 4 deals with the short title, commencement and extent.
