(2)In paragraph 1(3)—

(a)after “and development corporations” insert “ etc. ”, and

(b)for “Commission for the New Towns” substitute “ Homes and Communities Agency ”.

(3)In paragraph 5(2) for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e)the Homes and Communities Agency;”.
