13In section 25 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969 (interpretation of Part 3), in the definition of “excluded”—
(a)for “and to” substitute “, to”, and
(b)after “1990” insert “and to sections 33 to 47 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008”.
