20U.K.In section 66 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (general interpretation of Part 2)—
(a)in subsection (4), after paragraph (j) insert—
“(ja)paragraph 5 of Schedule 3B to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990.”, and
(b)in subsection (5), omit paragraph (g).
