17(1)Section 47 (further provisions concerning entitlement to guaranteed minimum pensions) is amended as follows.
(2)At the end of the heading add “and s.46A”.
(3)In subsections (2), (3), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9), for “section 46” substitute “sections 46 and 46A”.
