38Apprenticeship sectorsE+W

(1)[F3The Welsh Ministers] must by order specify sectors of skill, trade or occupation for the purposes of this Chapter.

(2)The sectors specified under subsection (1) must in the opinion of [F4the Welsh Ministers] encompass the full range of skills, trades and occupations.
