13Referendum agents

This paragraph applies if a counting officer is notified under paragraph 12 that a permitted participant has appointed a referendum agent.

The counting officer must as soon as practicable give public notice of—
a
the name and address of the referendum agent, and
b
the name of the permitted participant.
