(1)The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—
(a)section 15;
(b)this Part.
(2)The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
(3)Different days may be appointed for different purposes.
