Amendments of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

10In section 10 (power to make regulations for preventing misuse of controlled drugs), after subsection (2) insert—

“(3)In this section a reference to “controlled drugs” does not include a reference to temporary class drugs (see instead section 7A).”.
