Armed Forces Act 2011

4(1)Section 96 of AFA 2006 (definition of “service living accommodation” etc for purposes of Part 3) is amended as follows.U.K.

(2)In subsection (1), in each of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) for “subject to service law” substitute “ within subsection (1A) ”.

(3)After subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)The following are persons within this subsection—

(a)a person subject to service law;

(b)a civilian subject to service discipline.”
