8U.K.The Pensions Act 2007 is amended as follows.
9U.K.In section 13 (increase in pensionable age for men and women)—
(a)in subsection (1) omit from “progressively” to the end;
(b)in subsection (3) for “6th April 2024” substitute “ 6th December 2018 ”.
10U.K.In Schedule 3 (increase in pensionable age for men and women) omit paragraph 4(4).
