(3)In paragraph (f) (the levy ceiling) after “ceiling)” insert “ which is made by virtue of section 178(8) ”.
(4)[F1In paragraph (s) (the compensation cap) after “Fund)” insert “ except an order which is made by virtue of paragraph 27 of that Schedule ”.]
