Section 316(2) of the Pensions Act 2004 (subordinate legislation subject to affirmative procedure) is amended as follows.

Omit paragraph (a) (the administration levy).

In paragraph (f) (the levy ceiling) after “ceiling)” insert “which is made by virtue of section 178(8)”.

In paragraph (s) (the compensation cap) after “Fund)” insert “except an order which is made by virtue of paragraph 27 of that Schedule”.
