1In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Senior Courts Act 1981 (business allocated to the Queen’s Bench Division)—
(a)omit sub-paragraph (ba), and
(b)after sub-paragraph (bc) insert—
“(bd)all TPIM proceedings (within the meaning of the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act 2011);”.
