7The fact that sections 1 to 9 of the PTA 2005 would have expired (but for their repeal by this Act) by virtue of section 13 of the PTA 2005 at a time after commencement does not prevent those sections from continuing to apply in accordance with, or for the purposes of, any other provision of this Schedule after the time when those sections would have so expired.
