• Her Majesty’s Stationery Office.

• Horserace Betting Levy Board.

• Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.

• Internal drainage boards for areas wholly or mainly in England.

• Keeper of Public Records.

• Office of Communications (“Ofcom”).

NOTES

1Section 21(2) does not apply to an order under section 5 which provides for—

(a)functions of the British Waterways Board falling within section 21(3)(b) to (e) to be transferred to another person;

(b)functions of the Environment Agency falling within section 21(3)(b) to (e) to be transferred to a person to whom functions of the British Waterways Board are transferred by virtue of paragraph (a).

2Section 21(1) and (2) do not apply to an order under section 5 which provides for the functions of the Dover Harbour Board to be transferred to another person.
