28Power to make consequential provision
1
The Treasury may by order make such provision as it considers appropriate in consequence of any provision of this Act.

An order under this section may—
a
amend or revoke any provision of subordinate legislation made on or before the last day of the Session in which this Act is passed;
b
include supplementary, incidental, transitional, transitory or saving provision.

An order under this section is to be made by statutory instrument.
4
A statutory instrument containing an order under this section is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

In this section “subordinate legislation” has the meaning given by section 21(1) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
