(a)for paragraph (a) and the “or” following it, substitute—

“(a)the Financial Conduct Authority,

(aa)the Prudential Regulation Authority, or”, and

(b)in paragraph (b), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority ”.
