Payments of penalties etc. into Consolidated FundE+W
8E+W[F1NHS England] must pay any sums it receives in respect of any of the following into the Consolidated Fund—
(a)a variable monetary penalty and any interest payable on it, or
(b)a non-compliance penalty.
