6Production of documents

The Competition Commission may by notice require a person to produce to it the documents specified or otherwise identified in the notice.

The power to require the production of a document is a power to require its production—
a
at the time and place specified in the notice, and
b
in a legible form.
3
The Competition Commission may take copies of a document produced to it under this paragraph.
