Section 133 (inadequate provision of pharmaceutical services) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a)—
a
for “the area, or part of the area, of a Primary Care Trust” substitute “any part of England”, and
b
omit “area or”.

In subsection (1)(b), for “any such area or part” substitute “any part of England”.

In subsection (2)(a), for “the Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”.
