106In section 8 (bodies which cannot be adoption support agencies), in subsection (2)—

(a)before paragraph (d) insert—

“(ca)the National Health Service Commissioning Board,”, and”

(b)in paragraph (d)—

(i)omit “, Primary Care Trust”, and

(ii)before “(in Wales,” insert “, clinical commissioning group”.
