141In section 1, in subsection (3)—

(a)after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)the National Health Service Commissioning Board,

(ab)a clinical commissioning group,”,

(b)omit paragraph (b),

(c)omit paragraph (c), and

(d)in paragraph (d) for “(b) or (c)” substitute “(aa) or (ab)”.
