Provisional Orders Confirmation Acts

The repeal by this Act of—
a
the Poor Law Board's Provisional Orders Confirmation Act 1869 (c.cxxiii);
b
the Local Government Board's (Poor Law) Provisional Orders Confirmation (Birmingham, etc) Act 1878 (c.civ); or
c
the Local Government Board's Provisional Orders Confirmation (Poor Law) Act 1879 (c.cvi)
does not affect the continued operation of any provisions of a Provisional Order confirmed by that Act which still have effect immediately before the passing of this Act.
