30In section 337 (rights of occupation of bankrupt), in subsection (1)—
(a)in paragraph (a) for “adjudged” substitute “made”, and
(b)in paragraph (b) before “bankruptcy petition” insert “bankruptcy application was made or (as the case may be) the”.
