116(1)Section 76 (supplementary interim order-making power) is amended as follows

(2)In subsection (1)—

(a)in paragraph (a), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”, and

(b)in paragraph (b), for “Commission” substitute “CMA”.

(3)In subsections (2), (3), (4) and (7), for “OFT or (as the case may be) the Commission” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “CMA”.
