38(1)Section 59 (interpretation of Part 1) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)after the definition of “the Chapter II prohibition” insert—
““the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;”, and
(b)omit the definition of “the OFT”.
(3)In subsection (4), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.
