Section 26D of the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Act 2000 (disclosure of results of data matching etc) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4) for paragraph (b) substitute—

the Secretary of State,

the Minister for the Cabinet Office,

a local auditor within the meaning of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014,

In subsection (7) in the definition of “relevant NHS body” for paragraph (b) substitute—
b
a body mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of paragraph 4(12) of Schedule 9 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (“relevant NHS body”);
