Section 27H (provision of information to the Council) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—
a
the “or” at the end of paragraph (b) is repealed;

in paragraph (c), for “a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “
a water supply licensee, or

after paragraph (c) there is inserted—

a sewerage licensee,

In subsections (2), (3) and (4), after “body”, in each place, there is inserted “
