17(1)Section 518 (rights of resigning auditor) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (2)—
(a)for “deposit” substitute “send”;
(b)for “a signed” substitute “an authenticated”.
(3)In subsection (5), for “of the deposit of” substitute “on which the company receives”.
