In section 183A of the Broadcasting Act 1990 (membership of the Gaelic Media Service)—
a
in subsection (4) for “the Secretary of State and the Scottish Ministers” substitute “the Scottish Ministers”, and
b
in subsection (6)(b) for “the Secretary of State with the agreement of the Scottish Ministers” substitute “the Scottish Ministers”.

Section 17(4) to (6) of the Scotland Act 2012 is repealed.
