7In section 122 (sharing of information for education and training purposes)—

(a)in subsection (3) (persons who may provide and receive information), after paragraph (f) insert—

“(g)the IfA.”;

(b)in subsection (5) (functions for the purposes of which information may be provided)—

(i)omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (b), and

(ii)after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)any function of the IfA, or”.
