(2)In subsection (1), for “or 98” substitute “95A, 98 or 98A”.
(3)In subsection (3)—
(a)after “section 95” insert “or 95A”;
(b)for “section 96(1) and (2)” substitute “section 96(1) to (2)”.
(4)In subsection (4), for “or 98” substitute “95A, 98 or 98A”.
