(2)In paragraph (c) for “or 10” substitute “ , 10, 10A or 10B ”.

(3)After the “or” at the end of paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca)under section 95A or 98A of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (support for failed asylum-seekers etc), or”.
