20In section 1 of the Local Government Grants (Social Need) Act 1969 (grants for special social needs) in subsection (3) (meaning of “local authority”) after “shall also include” insert “a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004,”.
