In section 192(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (interpretation), in the definition of “international road haulage permit”—
a
the words after “means” become paragraph (a);
b
at the end of that paragraph insert
, or
b
an international road transport permit, within the meaning given by section 1(2) of the Haulage Permits and Trailer Registration Act 2018
