52In section 7 of the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021 (general interpretation etc), in subsection (4)—
(a)in the definition of “investigating authority”, after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)
the tri-service serious crime unit,”;
(b)at the appropriate place insert—
““tri-service serious crime unit” means the unit described in section 375(1A) of the Armed Forces Act 2006;”.
