27ASection 27: criminal injuries compensation for s. 29B conduct

For the purposes of—

a

the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1995,

b

the Scheme made under that Act,

c

the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/796 (N.I. 1)), and

d

the Scheme made under that Order,

section 27(1) has no effect in relation to conduct authorised under section 29B.
