Section 5 (publication and effect of modifications) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4), for “56 days” substitute “25 working days”
.

After subsection (4) insert—

In subsection (4), “working day” means a day other than—
a
Saturday or Sunday,
b
Christmas Day or Good Friday, or
c
a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in any part of the United Kingdom.
