(1)The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows.

(2)In section 242 (protected information: restriction on use or disclosure by registrar)—

(a)in subsection (3), omit “use or” in each place it occurs;

(b)in the heading, omit “use or”.

(3)In section 243 (permitted use or disclosure by registrar)—

(a)omit subsection (1);

(b)in the heading, omit “use or”.
