9.15.An application for a time to pay direction under section 1(1) of the M1Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987 or for the recall or restriction of an arrestment under section 2(3) or 3(1) of that Act in a cause which is defended shall be made by motion lodged before the sheriff grants decree.
