THIRD SCHEDULEMatters referred to in the definition of " the Minister "

PART IMatters in relation to which the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State concerned with agriculture in Scotland and Northern Ireland respectively are denoted by the expression " the Minister "

1Any scheme applicable in either England or Wales, or in both England and Wales, which is also applicable in Scotland and in Northern Ireland.

2An Agricultural Marketing Reorganisation Commission for Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
