Whereas an Act passed in the Thirty-fourth Year of the Reign of His present Majesty, intituled,An Actfor the better Management of the Land Revenue of the Crown, and for the Sale of Fee Farm and other unimproveable Rents; and it is expedient, that further Provisions should be made for the better Management of the Land Revenues of the Crown within the ordering and Survey of the Exchequer, and of the Duchy of Lancaster;
