XVIIIHow to be Satisfied.

And be it further enacted, That so soon as such Compensation shall have been ascertained by the Barons of the Court of Exchequer as aforesaid, it shall and may be lawful for the said Barons, and they are hereby directed and required, from Time to Time to issue their Warrant or Warrants to His Majesty's Receiver General for Scotland, who shall thereupon pay the Sum or Sums specified therein to the Person or Persons entitled thereto out of any Money then in his Hands; and every Sum so paid upon any such Warrants shall be allowed in his Account.
